Description of Service
Simple Scan is a free, offline document scanning application for Android. It allows you to capture, edit, and export documents as PDF files entirely on your device.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Simple Scan for personal and commercial document scanning purposes.
User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you scan and export
- Do not use the app to scan or distribute copyrighted materials without authorization
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the application
Intellectual Property
Simple Scan and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Amigo Softcom LLP (LLP: AAY-3370, GST: 06ABWFA0197P1ZN) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Simple Scan is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that scan quality will meet specific requirements.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amigo Softcom LLP and its partners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or documents.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Amigo Softcom LLP, its partners, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of Simple Scan or violation of these terms.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Simple Scan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
